Bumpety Bombs are explosive wheeled bomb enemies that appear in Kid Icarus: Uprising. If Pit tries to battle a Bumpety Bomb and hits one, the fuse on their heads lights up and they dash towards Pit, trying to catch him in the impending explosion.
In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Bumpety Bombs appear as enemies in Smash Run. The front of their body is armored and will resist all attacks, and it will try to rush at nearby fighters before exploding. Bumpety Bombs are vulnerable from behind, and they can also be grabbed. They can be defeated before exploding, in which case they drop stat boosts. Some Bumpety Bombs explode quicker than normal, signaled by a different animation before exploding.

Oh, and sometimes the fuse is a little shorter than normal. You'll have to attack from behind to defuse this dangerous foe. This lucky bomb has wheels! Oh, wouldn't it be tragic if it couldn't chase you? Anyway, as soon as one spots you, its countdown starts. Be ready for a BIG blast when it hits zero! It might also explode before then, too, so stay on your toes. The front is armoured, so attack its back to beat it before it blows up, and you'll get yourself loads of items.
