A Sir Kibble trophy is obtained in Coin Launcher

The Coin Launcher is a mini-game available in the Vault of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It replaces the Lottery from Super Smash Bros. Melee.

Gameplay

As the name suggests, the Coin Launcher involves the player launching their obtained coins at trophies to obtain them. The coins are launched from a cannon named the coin launcher. Several moving objects appear at regular intervals, of which there are a few different types. Each type moves in a different formation and direction across the screen. Shooting every enemy in a particular group formation often rewards a sticker to the player.

Trophies appear quite regularly and move across the screen in a random, predetermined path. A trophy must be hit with 2–4 coins to be collected. There are some hazards, mainly missiles that appear and aim for the coin launcher. The missiles move at varying speeds, and a large group of them occasionally appear altogether. Each missile takes two hits to destroy. If a missile hits the coin launcher, the player loses ten coins.

There is a green gauge on the bottom-left corner of the screen. If it is filled entirely, the player can rapid-fire coins for a short time. The gauge fills slightly whenever either a missile or a certain number of moving objects are destroyed. Contrarily, if the coin launcher takes damage, the gauge decreases.
