The Moon is a large apocalyptic hazard that appears in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Its first appearance in the Super Smash Bros. series is in Super Smash Bros. Melee as the main stage hazard of Termina.

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the Moon appears as an Assist Trophy. Whenever it appears, the Moon starts out in the background and slowly approaches the stage (similar to its role in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask), burning up as it does so. Once it crashes into the stage, the surrounding fire deals repeated fire damage on opponents before disappearing in a white flash.
