The Porky Statue (referred to as The Pig King Statue on the official website[1]) is a boss from the game Mother 3. It is a giant statue designed in the likeness of Porky. Porky Statue later appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, as a boss of The Subspace Emissary. Although the Porky Statue is listed as a boss on Smash Bros. DOJO!!, it is not counted as one in the game.
In The Subspace Emissary, Lucas is in The Ruined Zoo, but after he sees the statue, he runs away. In the level, Lucas must travel through the zoo while avoiding the Porky Statue. A white later, Lucas trips and falls, but Ness suddenly appears and uses PK Thunder and PK Flash to destroy the Porky Statue and save Lucas. After the statue is destroyed, Porky appears, and Ness and Lucas must fight him.
The Porky Statue also has a trophy, which is unlocked by beating Boss Battles on the Very Hard difficulty. Porky Statue also appears in the background of New Pork City in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

A guardian statue standing inside New Pork City that's clearly based on Porky himself. Investigate it, and the statue will turn hostile and start a battle. And it has 100,000,000 HP! It has very high stats, so you'll never win if you attack it straight-on. Thankfully, there's an item called "New Year's Eve" that can reduce its HP to 1--then you can defeat it with ease. |
