Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS

A Roturret is a mechanized skull with a giant arrow for a body flanked by two guns. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it is encountered in The Subspace Emissary. Roturret attacks by shooting with its guns. When hit, it will face another direction, but very soon, turn back to face the player and continue shooting. It has a blind spot in its center.

Roturrets return in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS as enemies in Smash Run. They retain their behavior from Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Despite a 360-degree attack range, it has a blind spot between its two cannons. It spins toward characters and shoots three shots at a time, spraying spent shells and occasionally reloading. This foe is pretty smart--it'll cease fire when you put up your guard.
