Skuttler Mage
From the Super Smash Bros. Wiki, a Super Smash Bros. encyclopedia
Skuttler Mages are mage enemies that appeared in Kid Icarus: Uprising. They carry a wand that is decorated with a skull. In the game, Skuttler Mages attack Pit by summoning a jet of flames if he is in their range.
In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Skuttler Mages appear as enemies in Smash Run. Like in Kid Icarus: Uprising, they can summon a jet of flames if the player is in their melee range, but they can also target the player and then summon a white explosion if the player is far away. A large target on the player appears to indicate the magic explosion, but the explosion itself can be dodged if the player moves before the Skuttle Mage attacks. If players are hit by their attacks, their stats drop.
