Superspicy Curry is an item from the Kirby franchise featured as an item in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It is incredibly spicy, with flames emitting from the food. When eaten, the player will keep breathing out either tiny fire balls in Super Smash Bros. Brawl or a stream of fire in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U that causes damage to foes, in addition to the consumer being able to run faster. The effects wear off over time. Superspicy Curry is also an effect that can be turned on permanently for all fighters in Special Smash.
When idle, the fighter under its effect is shown to be suffering the effects of its spiciness, jumping around and waving at their mouth. In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, characters under the effect of Superspicy Curry have their cheeks colored red (in Mega Man's case in the former, his entire face turns red). While this only applies to their idle pose in the former games, characters maintain their expressions until the curry runs out in the latter.

Trivia[edit]
- Although the item's Super Smash Bros. Brawl trophy states that it appeared in Kirby's Adventure, its only appearance in the Kirby series to date (excluding an appearance as a keychain in Kirby: Triple Deluxe) was in Kirby's Dream Land for the Game Boy.
- Similarly, the trophy for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U states that the curry works underwater. However, in Kirby's Dream Land, the effects of Superspicy Curry wear off sooner than usual whenever Kirby touches water.
